My pregnancy is of 8 weeks and I'm diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency by level 7.5 by taking uprise d3 weakly onces can I full fill the requirement to the baby do I still have any risk to my baby ...I couldn't able to get enough sunlight ...I'm very worried please help me.how can I improve ...
