Is vitamins d deficiency a cause for pcod. I was suffering from vitamin d deficiency. I took d3 60000Iu supplements for 10 days..Then took a gap of 2 months. And took it once a week for 2 months. Should I continue. How to take vitamin d supplement for long run. And how long should I take? Pls clear my doubt
