Dizziness is unlikely related to vitamin d deficiency  where as tiredness could be.get your CBC , renal profile, glucose levels ,thyroid function tests.to determine the cause of dizziness. For vitamin d deficiency you can use vitamin d 60000 iu sachet once a week for atleast 15 weeks along with calcium supplement daily for few months.
