How to take lumia 60k tablet as i have vitamin d 5.2 ng/ml.also i feel tired and have some hairfall also.Please help

Take lumia 60k tablet weekly once for 3months. It is advisable to check your hemoglobin levels with respect to your symptoms. Take sun bath everyday 15mins
