Vitamin D deficiency

Hello , my vitamin D level has come to 7.24 in the latest report . B12 is normal and at 222 and rest all vitamins and calcium is in normal range . I am able to get Uprise D3 60 from the chemist currently . Should I start the course for 8 weeks as usually recommended other than sun rays and diet modifications ?

Start VitD 60000 tab once per week for 8 weeks then 1tab per month
