Vitamin D deficiency and running

I have low vitamin D and am taking vitamin D pouches and tablets.  Can i start running or not.. Please help me

Vitamin d is seen in majority of population. Go running please. U will get enough sun and don't overdose vitamin d yourself

Keep on taking ur vit D supplements but it should be according to ur blood values. Sun exposure is also helpful but be careful that u don’t get sun burn or heatstroke if it is too hot outside, u will have to be practical. Now ur question about running, u should start it gradually otherwise u may feel pain , tiredness & fatigue as these r the main symptoms of Vit D deficiency. So stay it gradually & then increase it when u get used to it

Low vitamin D is very common. Continue supplements as prescribed You can run. No issues at all. It will improve your bone and muscle strength
