I dignoses vitamin d Deficiancy so my joints are paining i am started following diet and vitamin d supplements i want to know how much time takes to reduces my bone and joints pain?

The time would be dependent on your current vitamin D levels, it is advisable to check your vitamin D levels in 3 months so that the medicine dose can be altered accordingly. You should have exposure to the sun for atleast 15-30 mins per day.

It depends on your vitamin D levels. If you have severe deficiency it will take couple of months to see improvement if you are taking the right medications. Eat calcium rich diet which will be mainly dairy products, have adequate sun exposure and take medications as prescribed which will all improve your vitamin D levels. If joint pains persist after 1-2 months despite treatment, consult your doctor again to look out for any other causes of joint pains.
