I was having back pain and did vit d blood test where i found vitamin d level is 12 nmol/L.Feeling weak and shaky in arms and pain in foot ,sometimes palpitation, sleep problem.is this normal for vit d defficient and medicines should i take.i have hypothyroid tsh 6.7.plz help.
