Symptoms: 1. Lower back pain 2. Left knee joint pain 3. Frequent urination 4. Left upper chest discomfort 5. Intermittent Muscle numbness and weakness Some test results: Vitamin D(25 Hydroxy): 25.45 nmol/L -- Deficient Vitamin B12 - 259 pg/mL - - Low ( Ref value - 211 - 911) Glucose Fasting - 72 mg /dL - Normal Please suggest.

Hi, It's important to know the duration of these symptoms and history of fever? , Burning sensation while passing urine? Can you please share complete reports including complete blood count, serum calcium etc if done earlier.. Accordingly can advice you regarding vitamin D and calcium supplementation. Take healthy diet including milk and milk products, keep yourself hydrated.
