Hi, i have vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency as mentioned below.
Vitamin D - 21.55
Vitamin B12 - 44.
For rectify these deficiency, i am using the below tablets since 3 minths
For Vitamin B12
T. Neurobion Forte
For Vitamin D
Vit D3 + calcium
Could you please let me know 3 months is enough to use these tables to rectify these deficiency.
Could you please let me know how long i have to use to get better range of these two vitamins in my body?

How r ur symptoms?..
B12 u definitely need injection..as that tablet doesn't have enough dose...plus r you a vegan?..if not y is the B12 deficiency. ..u need to concentrate here...
D3 what dose r u using now?..needs to repeat test to further guide u

Tab vit b12 injections ...level is too low ..after that u can continue with tablet.
