Vit b12 Neurokind od (mecobalamine 1500mcg)one at night after dinner for 3 months. Vit D3 Uprise d60k/ Lumia60k one per week for eight weeks followed by same one per month for six months,  A complete therapy by WHO.  Any one. To be taken after breakfast,  better with milk.
