Vitamin c deficiency

I have been having irritation and some feelings of burning/numbness in gums. i got vitamin c tested and it is 1.27 mg/L and the reference range is 2-14 mg/L. i have started limcee tablet once a day for past 15 days. how long do i need to take this for deficiency to be fixed and symptoms to go away.
