Vitamin B12

Recently, I undertook a vitamin profile test (as part of general checkup). Vitamin D level was 17.03 ng/ml whereas vitamin B12 level was 377 pg/ml. Of course, I'm diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and shall take the medication to cure it. But shall I also go for vitamin b12 supplements? I'm not sure if 377 is on lower side or sufficient. Please help.

Are u a vegetarian ? Vegetarians tend to have lower b12 levels as vegetables are not a very good source of B12. For your value 377 it’s normal. I would recheck after 1 year and then supplement if needed or if u develop symptoms.
Next Steps
Drink a big glass of milk and eat 2 eggs every day.
