Vitamin b12 difficiency (30)
I have been diagnosed with vit b12 difficiency couple of years ago and was advised to take injection monthly one. I took it for 2 to 3 months and later discontinued.
Now I see few issues like hand and leg tingling a little.
EBay is the dosage that I should be taking the injection at this stage? Monthly one or monthly 2 for some time?
B12 deficiency is rare
