Vitamin B12 is low 182 pg/ml while Active Vitamin B12 is normal at 136 pmol/l after taking 2 months of methyl cobalamin. I have hand tremors, Muscle weakness, numbness, muscle twitching all over body, fatigue, pain in legs. I take enough fluid but there's a foam in my urine everytime I go. Urine analysis is normal.
