My vitamin B12 level is low, i.e. 184 pg/ml. I am 65 years male. I am taking cardace 5mg, rosuvas 5mg, ecosprin 75mg and thyrox 100mcg. Which vitamin B12 supplement can I take, its dosage and for how long?

Your Vit B12 is a little low. If all your other parameters  are well controlled with medication, you can take Nerveup OD once a day for a month This will improve the B12 levels
