Your
uric acid levels are elevated whereas your

- Have a healthy and clean diet rich in items such as dairy products,soy products fortified with b12, cereals fortified with the vitamins, portobello mushrooms, etc.
- Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI
- Drink plenty of fluids, aim at drinking a minimum of 2.5 liters of water per day.
- Have an exposure to the sun for a minimum of 15-30 minutes per day which will help normalize the levels
- Avoid alcohol and smoking if you have the habit.
