Hi, I am having Vit D as 27.93, range is 30 to 100 I am taking Supracal which has 200 IU VitD I want to know if only Supracal needs to be taken or any extra Cholecalcirol pouch also needed to cover this deficiency. I am 16 weeks pregnant.
