Vision Problems

I got a random eyecheck done 1 month ago which revealed a thin retina post which I was suggested laser surgery. However, post dilation which was done twice in a day to clearly see the retina, I am having itchy and dry eyes. Also, use of computer and phone is causing strain. I never had these symptoms pre checkup. I wonder if this could be a result of dilation, can you suggest some drops dur to which I can feel relief . I am skeptical to go for the surgery also now and would want to seek a second opinion on the same since my eyes are already paining and itching.

Drops Used for dilatation do Not cause itchy And dry eye. Use refresh tears eye drop 4 tes a Day. It will cause relief in dryness and itching. If there is a weak spot in retina its better to get it lasered otherwise it will cause problem in future

The drop used for dilitation  causes allergy in some people. Please consult an ophthalmologist for proper diagnosis and management.

Ol take 2nd opinion in a Retinal institute. Dilatation will not cause any side effects, described by you.if needed, early lacer therapy will be helpful.

Hi, dilatation will not cause dryness or itching.  You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks.  If there is weak spot on the retina,  it's better to get it lasered. Please get second opinion soon and get laser done, if indicated.
