Helo sir age 30 today is 3rd day am having pains little fever feeling and dry cough When I went hospital doctor said it may be aciditic and another doctor today now I went he said viral infection may be .but in both hospitals in fever gun showing 98.8 only fever but am feeling got and shevering kindly advice any blood tests When I asked to doctor he said not required and written tablets and syrup for cough  pls tell
