Viral fever not coming down with dolo 650. COVID negative report. Joint pain and muscle pain. Can I take meftal or combiflam or any other tablet for fever.

Donot take meftal or combiflam they can detoriate your infection if any for safe side take dolo 650 mg  thrice a day it will improve your fever and bodyache  also

As they say in medicine, fever isnt the deficiency of paracetamol. Kindly consult for a more specific therapeutic approach to your illness. It could be dengue or some other rheumatic illness.
