Viral fever or jaundice or Anything else

Sir i have been suffering from fever since last 3 days, little bit cold I feel, foot pain, weakness, etc I am taking medicine like this Dolo 650mg daily 2 times Azithromycine daily 1 tablet Pantop DSR Dulphalac syrup Vitamin c etc First 2 days i didn't go for washroom(fresh), no pressure I feel for my stool, after 2 days coloured change tight stool passed, When I started to take this syrup now stool passing in form of liquid, When I take dolo feel relief from fever but when it's power end, fever again comes, this is happening last 3 days, Fever again and again coming, But i feel that sir i feel very weakness, urine colour is yellow, So i feel may it be jaundice? Please read sir & suggest me best medicine?
