Leg was twisted 1month back no pain no swelling present right now only mild pain on exertion present mri done doctor suggested plaster for 21 days AVLR Doctors gave medicine also in which vit d3 60k has advised for thrice /week Is this dose appropriate?

Generally Routine doses are 60000 i.u once a week for 6 week For very low level vitamin d injection 3 lakh units are given With some medical disease, now a day people are also giving 60000 i.u twice a week..

Yes it can be given if your vit d levels are low… trust your doctor. Obviously he knows better than what you know
