Vibration or bee like sound in right ear

I feel a vibration or bee like sound in my right ear since 5 days.but it is not continuous,only sometimes.i also experienced this sound before but may b 4/5 times in between 1 year.i listen music on high volume and I always have cold .so I neglected. Also before 2 year a hard insect had entered to my right ear while sleeping and had bite so much that I had severe pain and blod from my ear.but after the removal of that insect I visited to doctor and he advised some medicine to me and I was okay .I also visit by bus to my workplace so my Ear get more contact with air.so now I want to get free from it.please help me out.

Firstly stop listening to loud volume music. Preferably do not use ear phones at all. Vitamin B 12 deficiency can also add to the problem.

Visit a near by ENT doctor and check your ear drum once . You telling about the history of insect in ear which was removed before . There is a chance of ear drum got ruptured during that time . So it need to checked once . Check your thyroid profile / haemoglobulin / audiogram test . All this need to be evaluated before you work out with your treatment .
