Hey there! Firstly there are typing mistakes I suppose. ( erosion, 17.5 ft ). Moreover One should do exercises in control. One should not go for over training. Vibration that is observed is probably because of weak muscles being over-trained. In gyming however vibrations is ok and not in this case.
