My LMP was 12th August 2023 ,having PCOD problem,I am pregnant showing gestational sac 17.2 MM with no fetal pole and no yolk sac as per today ,gestational pregnancy is 5 weeks 4 days what should i do next,please guide me

Fetal pole is seen  at 6 weeks and heartbeat at 7 weeks repeat  ultrasound after 10 days
