My testicles are very small...looks like 13 years old....im aged 25....will this affect my fertility?....is this means lower testosterone level?.....is there any way to improve the size?.....

The size looks normal in your picture and there is evidence of good hair development. It is likely that you have normal testicular development. However it is best decided through direct physical examination and hormone evaluation.
