I found a very small pimples like rashes on my upper hand which further looks harder skin.it also appeared on the inside skin of the penis towards left.I just searched in internet and found it is nearly equals the symptoms of scabies as the rashes appeared on hands and penis.so,I want to know is it a scabies or anything else and what are the best solution for it.please kindly help with your valuable suggestion in this problem.Thank you
