Very low Vitamin D and B12

I have very low vitamin D3 (7.9) and Vitamin B12 (135 pg/ml), My gastrologist suggested injection for B12 and tablets for Vitamin D. I had stomach ache one week back and gastrologist suspected acid refulx, today on follow up we found vitamin defencicy. I get chest pain too multiple in a day (not constant). Is vitamin defencicy sign that something is wrong with my stomach? Should i go for endoscopy?

Usually there is no relation between vitamins and gastric a shows although very rarely that maybe relation. Endoscopy may be done for your gastric symptoms.
