Very late ovulation and conceiving

I have mild pcos and I am trying for my second baby . I usually ovulate around day 20 acc to the ovulation test strips . But for this cycle , today I am on day 32 of my cycle and my ovulation value is suddenly increasing , I guess I will ovulate soon . My question is : can such late ovulation cause issues in conceiving ? Is conception possible in such late ovulation ??

If you ovalute  on day 32 the chances of getting pregnant are unlikely
