Very high BP with 1.19 createnin level

I am a 60 yr old female My createnin level is 1.19 . I have very high BP . Can my kidney problem be resolved ? If so , what is the next step ? Do I have severe kidney problem ?

Your creatinine levels appear to be within normal range.regular checking of blood pressure and adequate control of the hypertension is desirable by healthy lifestyle,diet and adequate drugs. Consult regularly a physician for check up and follow up
