Very high Beta HCG double marker

My double mark result(12 week 4 days) - 35 Female second pregnancy. Normal first kid with no complications. Free beta hcg - 8.9MOM PapA - 0.95MOM NT - 0.94 MOM NT scan came back normal. I see this range of beta hcg is above scale. I have severe hyperemesis gravidarium. What all could be reason for such high beta hcg? Provided NIPT and waiting for result.
