Very hard stools

My daughter is 3 years old. She has lot of difficulty passing stools. Once in 3-4 days she goes and with lot of difficulty. Once the stool is out n we touch it and it's very hard. Please help us out. We have tried muout powder n also most of the times to get the stool out we use suppositories.

Can be habitual constipation. Try out regular toilet training high fibre diet & stool softeners like muout till the problem is resolved. If still not resolved other conditions like hirshsprungs disease congenital hypothyroidism fissure in ano etc have to be thought of. Suggest meet your pediatrician if problem persists. Regards
