Vertigo with tinnitus

I have positional vertigo few ďays back and suddenly after 2 days in night i got high pitched sound in my both ears ..now my vertigo is quite better but sound in my ear cant make me sleep which is tinnitus i think and i have done my audiogram test which is ok .. no hearing loss ..but iam very irritated with this noise in ears please help me ... is this noise  permanent ...any treatment pls help

Hi , do appreciate that tinnitus can be very troubling but most of the times it gets better , avoid engaging your mind in it , if it still persists then ENT evaluation and a MRI scan is required
