My father is 68. He is having sudden onset of vertigo and dizziness since morning. BP 161/90. Please advice best course of action

His BP seems to elevated. Is he taking medicine for it. Is he on anti diabetes is not clear hence medicine can not be advised immediately. Vertigo may be many reasons also. Hope he is not tensed to raise his BP
