Dear Vertigo is just a synoname for chakkar It’s very important to see the cause of vertigo-could be central or peripheral. Please go to a Neuro-otology specialist to get yourself evaluated! Vertin is no answer to this

Vertigo is a symptom just like fever. Vertigo can be a symptom of veriety of ear diseases and less commonly brain diseases. It requires thorough evaluation to identify the cause of vertigo and treat it. Taking Vertin for vertigo is just like taking paracetamol for fever. I will advice you to see a good ENT or a neurologist who has expertise  in treating vertigo. You being not in my city I can not advice you to see me, however I can guide you by telephonic consultation to a certain extent. Vertigo evaluation requires physical consultation for examintion and all. Thanks.
