I have been diagnosed with bppv for a month. I have already taken vertin -24 mg for 20 days yet there are no major improvement. Last time epley maneuver which indicated no vertigo. Yet i had episode of vertigo for whole day. What are the possible scenarios if vertigo last for full day Other symptoms are Ear fullness (3-4 times) Trembling (once) Flatulence and gas Nausea There is no hear loss and constant pain and ringing in ear. I have following other questions Is diarrhoea associated with this ? Can being on screen or mobile be the trigger ? Do i need double pillow while sleeping? Can this lead to any major problem?

Is your vertigo associated with any posture changes? How much duration does your vertigo lasts?

Sorry to hear about your symptoms , a detailed history would be more helpful so a video consultation If feasible would be better
