My age is 31, unmarried. I am suffering from severe vertigo, hairfall(baldness) from 7 years. I used to masturbate most of the times due to which I feel like there is no semen and severe vertigo, while walking and not able to drive vehicle. I am not able to walk properly becoz of people's fear, stage fear. I think one thing for whole day. Vertigo is spoiling my daily living. Please reply me.
