Hello sir, i have done varicocele surgery at both testis august 2016 but i still faced problem slightly pain coming in both testis while driving a bike and journey time and right testis side pus forming daily and i am using CIPLADINE Powder daily but not cure still i am facing problem sir please suggest my problem.

Hi. Pain may not completely disappear after varicocele surgery, but pus formation is not normal. Please see your surgeon again to find the cause for persistent pus discharge. You will need to be examined, so can't comment on the cause now.
