About 10 days ago, I had a low grade fever, aches, and chills. The next day, my symptoms were gone. Then, I developed a runny nose, congestion, sneezing, and a productive cough (with mild fatigue and soreness). These lasted for about 4-6 days. Now, I have swollen groin lymph nodes with no other symptoms. What could be the cause? I was around sick people with similar symptoms. I also had oral sex, a low-risk activity, with another male a little <2 weeks before symptoms. He claimed to be HIV(-).
