Varicocele in testes causing pain around ,numbness in glan penis sometimes. Also Affecting the sustained erection during intercourse. Urine test was found ok... Culture and sensation report will send once I get it.

Varicocele does not cause pain or numbness around penis nor it affects anyone erectile function. So donot worry . Nothing is required.
