Varicocele and testicular atrophy
I Have grade 3 and grade 2 varicocele underwent for microsurgery in Dec 2016.After one year found grade 3 veins around spermatic cord on left side and grade 1 veins around right side with epididymal cyst From th past one year I am get only soft erection but not hard erection . Recently I found my testicle sizes are less as 7.5 and 7 cc, my sperm count was 50 million/ml . But to reduce varicocele I used one online product after 2 month my count reduced to 10 million.Any homeo/Ayurvedic treatment
