Hi there In my opinion Foot Orthosis might help or a plaster cast can be done by putting in anatomical position  anatomical position for few months. As she is only 2.5 yrs of age, her bones r soft and can accquire the normal position by these methods. Hope she gets better. Physiotherapy will be beneficial for her too bcoz she might be needing stretching, strengthing of muscles along with gait training.
