I'm not sexually active at all I'm still virgin I have a vaginal tear since long longer longest. It's not painful or uncomfortable at all It was a small cut Which became a little big. Anyway to cure this without any stitches

How do you know it is a perineal tear? Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination. The first thing is to confirm the diagnosis and find the cause for it. A self inflicted injury or masterbation can be the only cause in a virgin.
