Please help me in understanding report saying... Result Klebsiella pneumoniae grown after 48 hours of aerobic incubation at 37°C. GRAM STAIN No pus cells. Clue cells NOT seen. Nugent score=10/10. Smear is consistent with Bacterial Vaginosis
