I've recently done my embryo transfer and taking Vaginal progesterone capsule which always melts and comes out does it still works or it's all going waste?

Empty bladder and insert it Lie down for 15-20minutes Not to worry about it popping out , it’s normal

You have to keep it a little high up and always lay down for 15-20 mins post insertion.
