Hi i m having itching and soreness near vaginal area There is white discharge as well with lot of itching I feel its a yeast infection . Its happening from last 4 -5 days

If you hv yeast or fungal infection take tab flucon 150 mg one single dose one day after food. Consult directly for further management.. A topical anti fungal may also be needed.
