You do not say if you are sexually active and when you had sex last.
There are several infections that can cause itching swelling and burning. Some are sexually transmitted infections that you need testing and treating as does your partner. Those which are not sexually transmitted tend to be yeast infections that can be treated with creams, pessaries and tablets. Its best for you to see your gynaecologist who will examine you and give you the correct medication.
In the meantime you can find some relief with tepid washing. Try not to use harsh soap or chemicals and do not wash inside the vagina.
