Have an itchy vagina from 1 week , way too worst & i started scratching it and made it worse , i dont know why its causing itchy and dryness I applied coconut oil to ease the itching didnt work I washed it with warm /hot water have cold compresses too works a while and again goes back to the same Drinking enough water Travelling from past 15 days on work Please suggest me some solution i cant work like this its making me sick Because of scratching it burns every time i pee

A week of itching, dryness, and burning with urination together often points to a vaginal or urinary infection, not simple irritation from travel.
Next Steps
Please stop the coconut oil and other home remedies, and see a gynaecologist soon for an examination and the right treatment.
Health Tips
Burning while urinating alongside vaginal symptoms needs to be checked promptly rather than managed at home.

Clean your vagina with some medicated wash like Intiwash/ VDM wash as many times as possible and then apply Candid V gel each time Avoid scratching strictly Consult gynaecologist as soon as possible

You need to consult and explain clearly where exactly you are having itching. Probably you have fungal vulvitis. It can worsen if you keep on itching continuously.
Next Steps
consult for treatment
