I have small dot like bumps in vagina in one line and to one side. I had very slight white discharge and no itching and pain also. I have taken fas 3 kit tablet and applied clotimazole ointment. Please let me know how to reduce the these bumps in vagina. Is this any serious infection.

Since u have taken medication, wait for the response. Slight whitish discharge without itching and pain is usually physiological.
